AFMASS Trade Expo events offer a number of options to choose from for all Sponsors and Exhibitors at the trade shows.

From booking a space to construct your booth on your own, to standard shell scheme and to working with the organiser to choose from a number of modular designs that resonate with your brand!!

NOTE: Modular constructed booth options may not be available at all the event locations. Please contact the organisers for more information

Your company books space only and builds its own booth according to its specifications

The organiser constructs for your company the basic shell scheme booth (without branding)

The regular shell scheme has the following supplies per 9 m2 space:

• 1 rectangular standard table (without cover)
• White walls (divided into 1oo cm width x 250 cm high sections)
• 2 chairs
• Fascia board with company name, stand number and event logo and section logo on each open side
• Regular carpeting of the booth (supplied by the venue)
• Power supply (no extension cable) and dustbin
• Optional supplies – advice the organiser who supplies at a fee – include:
  • Television
  • Fridge
  • Lockable cabinet
  • Booth and table branding
  • Extra seats or specific furniture (such as bar stools, round tables etc)
  • Power extension cable etc.

Minimum space size: 3m x 3m – 9 m2

The organiser constructs MODULAR BOOTHS for sponsors and exhibitors – which are prefabricated, standardised designs that are more cost-effective than CUSTOMISED BOOTHS.

The Modular Booths options have the following supplies (with numbers depending on booth size):

• Round / Glass table with premium seats such as bar stools
• Constructed wall, with premium branding  and kitting.
• Raised floor with carpeting in a standard blue / red colour
• Power supply, with extension cables and dustbins
• 55 inch elevision
• Fridge / Water dispenser (if required)
• Lockable cabinet, branded with your logo

CUSTOMISED BOOTHS

Minimum space size: 3m x 3m – 9 m2

The organiser constructs CUSTOMISED BOOTHS on the space booked by the sponsor or exhibitor.

The Customised Booths will be constructed, branded and kitted with the specific furniture and supplies as requested by the company.
